What self-exclusion means
Self-exclusion is a voluntary restriction intended to block or limit access to a gambling or casino-style service for a defined period or under specific provider rules. Availability, duration and effect vary by operator and jurisdiction.
How to request a restriction
Use the operator’s official responsible-play or account-support channel to ask about self-exclusion, time-outs and permanent account closure. Confirm the effective date, duration, whether marketing communications will stop and whether reactivation is possible.
Consider broader protection
Exclusion from one operator does not automatically exclude a person from every other platform. Consider removing apps, disabling notifications, blocking transaction routes where possible, and seeking guidance through a qualified support service.
